What can I say? Being in the UK I was a little nervous about ordering this tool (customer is referring to Swanstrom Disc Cutter)
There was absolutely no need to be.  Jeanette couldn’t have been more helpful.  She advised me all the way through, answering my never-ending questions in an extremely swift and professional manner, never pushy and always patient.  This didn’t end the minute she posted the package……..oh no she stayed with me all the way through until i t was safely installed in my studio – and even then still helping and advising me.
 
The Swanstrom is awesome.  I am so pleased with it.  Not only is it an extremely sexy looking tool; it’s well made and sits on my bench just waiting to bite through metal like a knife through butter.  Even my ultra picky engineer husband is impressed - it does the business without question.  I love it so much I can’t walk past it without petting it.  I know it’s not cheap but believe me when I say it is worth every single penny.
 
If you are considering buying the Swanstrom Disk Cutter –do yourself a great favour and wait no longer.
 
Just one more thing – the centre plugs are genius.
